The season is here! Well after not enough prep the first race
has come and gone. Who ever imagined you could have snow
for a snowmobile race? Go figure? Carola and I ventured to
Gonvick, MN on Friday Night and were greeted with 4-5" of fluff
on Saturday! The winds threatened and the races were cut
short, we all understood and appreciated the privilege to ride
as fast as we could completely legal!

immovable hidden stump took me out

| The Gonvick race on 12/20/08 was shortened by Mother Nature threatening to bring high winds combined with fresh snow so most races were cut short. The one lap 9 mile race provided the 85 Horse Class racers a chance to stretch their legs and leave them wanting more! Some big names are showing up in the Pro Class adding to the excitement! I road clean but I have plenty of throttle cable left to use up. results |
